Whispering Pines Estates, Inc. is the first in California family friendly mobile home park where you own your coach and the land (1/250th). The beautifully landscaped common area has a large park with BBQ's, picnic tables, horseshoe pits and a separate playground area. There's also a swimming pool, a therapeutic spa, saunas, a billiards room, a fitness room, laundry facilities and a large Clubhouse that includes a living room area with a big screen tv. The kitchen, recreation and dining areas are available to members on a no-cost, first come first served basis. The low monthly assessment pays for road maintenance, snow plowing during winter months and up keep of the common area. Whispering Pines... mountain living at its best!
